Content specialist coaching

Do you work with content production, text, images, video? Do you work with content production within communication and branding? Are you often left alone with creative processes and find it difficult to create room for further development in your organisation?
Then Content specialist coaching might be something for you!

When and how?

Perhaps your team has a specific project and you need intense sparring and consultancy over one week

to bring it to fruition. Or perhaps you would like to improve your skills over time, with regular sessions over several months.
No matter what, courses are organised to suit your needs and start with a non-binding meeting.

"My course with Lars began during a period of enormous flux in my work tasks. We had some really good talks about the changes, and he was great at meeting me where I was and offering new perspectives on how to approach the tasks. Through the course, I got both the tools to work on my specific challenges and ideas that I could implement directly.
Through the course I learnt a whole new way to approach my work, which I have taken to heart and still use on a daily basis.
I was particularly impressed by Lars' ability to listen and understand my challenges, and our conversations often resulted in concrete solutions that I could try out between sessions. It has been incredibly rewarding in my ongoing work."

Practicalities

A course can be organized in many ways, but all courses start with a non-binding meeting where we find out if the chemistry is present. Based on your problem, a course is organised.
A course is about your development, and it can be very technical about recording/editing/camera technique, or more about how to develop ideas, creativity and how to dribble with creativity in a large organization or company.

Each consultation is a physical meeting and lasts approx. 60 min. and costs 800.- DKK

"I had the pleasure of being part of a mentoring course with Lars Wass, and it was a really rewarding experience. Lars was a good sparring partner, especially when it came to video production. His advice on storytelling, framing and editing have been very valuable to me. He manages to understand my specific situation and give relevant advice based on that.

Lars' many years of experience are evident, and at the same time he is a very approachable and pleasant person to work with. I can highly recommend Lars as a mentor to anyone who wants to gain a deeper insight into trends and improve their skills within video and storytelling."
